Rishikesh or Hrushikesh, is a city located at the foothills of the Himalayas in northern India. It is known as The Gateway to the Himalayas. It is approximately 25 km north of the holy city of Haridwar. Rishikesh is one of the first choices of tourists coming to India for Ayurveda, Yoga and meditation.
